Our legal team shall provide its written answer to You within 10 business days to Your contact details indicated in the request, up until the issue is resolved.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, You (1) agree that any and all disputes arising out of, or in any way related to the WorldShards.Online shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (2) consent to the EXCLUSIVE jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate court situated in Abu Dhabi Global Market, unless other applicable legislation states otherwise.

‍FOR RESIDENTS OF EU MEMBER STATES: For the purposes of any disputes hereunder, You agree that any and all Disputes arising out of or in any way related to the WorldShards.Online may be resolved amicably or by means of European Online Dispute Resolution platform (“ODR platform”).

The ODR platform is a Web-based platform that is specifically designed to help consumers who have bought goods or services online, and subsequently have a problem with that online purchase, which allows consumers to submit their contractual dispute by means of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure online at https://Webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage.

In case an amicable or ADR settlement is not found, You may bring proceedings against Us in the jurisdiction where the LowKick Studio FZ LLC is domiciled (Abu Dhabi Global Market, United Arab Emirates) or in the jurisdiction where You are domiciled.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
